Dante is a 10 month old Lab/ Retriever mix who was found wondering in front of a local beauty shop. Dante is very sweet and loves being with people !! This guy weighs 58 lbs and will probably reach upwards of 80 lbs by the time he is done growing.Dante seems to be good with other dogs but he is not recommended for a home with cats.Dante is neutered,is up to date on shots and has been started on heart worm prevention.Added on 2/28/08
Who We Are
Kayleigh's Haven is a grassroots 501(c)3 organization created in 2003. Due to the overwhelming explosion of stray animals at this time, we can not take on any new animals. Please spay and neuter your pets!

Kayleigh's Haven Spay/Neuter Fund
Dogs and Cats are killed in shelters every day because someone didn't neuter their pets. No matter how many shelters we build, we will never decrease the number of homeless animals until we decrease the number of unwanted litters being born.
The Kayleigh's Haven spay/neuter fund will be used to subsidize spays and neuters for people who otherwise couldnt afford to sterilize their pets. Families on food stamps, Medicare,or Medicaid would qualify to pay a needs-based percentage of the regular price of the surgery.
Every animal sterilized through our program can result in 100 fewer strays born in the next 5 years! That means fewer stray dogs and cats spreading infectious disease,fewer stray dogs and cats roaming through yards, and fewer puppies and kittens euthanized at the pound.
