WHO WE ARE

We are a group of rescuers who have come together for the purpose of saving the lives of animals in life and death situations. Many of these animals come from over-crowded, high-kill/gassing facilities in the USA, while others are rescued from life and death situations locally. Without assistance the vast majority of death row animals are euthanized within 48 hours of arriving at the shelter.

These Limited Edition prints are available for purchase. The average appraisal value of each is 75.00 to 250.00. You can purchase one print for $30.00 and help us help a very special animal in need of veterinary care. Please consider helping.

"Dixie Fund Needs Donations " This is a very special fund and very near to the hearts to all of us at 1atatime. All monies donated are used to assist special needs animals, seniors, and those needing extended medical treatment. We currently have 2 seniors needing dental work, a tiny Chihuahua girl needing eye surgery to repair a the tear ducts in both eyes Our resident 2 legged boy, Sammy needs to have a special harness designed so that he can once again use his wheelchair. . Please consider helping, every little bit helps. Tax receipts will be given.

COURAGEOUS CANINE SURVIVORS OF GROSS ABUSE NEED SPECIAL HOMES. Jami, Lorice, Sonny, all need homes where they can be smothered with TLC and will be given the time they need to trust humans once again. Please consider being their hero. We will be highlighting animals from time to time who are in extreme need of assistance and will follow their progress. Please consider helping and check their bio for updates

NELLY (pictured below) is just one of many dogs that benefit when you support rescue. This sweet dog deserves a great home and all the good things that life has to give.

  • Wish List: Collars, Leashes, Good quality dog and cat foods (California natural, Evo, Taste of the Wild) Blankets, towels, toys, x-pens are all needed. - We are also praying for a moment of the miraculous; We need a home building/house with some greenspace that we can call home. We have programs we want to implement and special needs animals who need a place where they can have some fun.
