More About WIGGY-DO

br>
6/15/07:WIGGY DO IS A WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL LITTLE BOY FULL OF LOVE AND KISSES. HE IS APPROXIMATELY 9 YEARS OLD AND SHOULD HAVE MANY MORE YEARS OF GREAT LIVING TO DO. HE SHOULD GO TO A HOME WITHOUT LARGER DOGS DUE TO HIS TINY SIZE, BUT SMALLER ONES WOULD BE FINE.

HE JUST GOT GROOMED TODAY AND THEY HAD TO SHAVE HIM DOWN BECAUSE HE WAS SO MATTED. HE IS PAPER TRAINED AND APPEARS TO BE HOUSEBROKEN.

HE IS NEUTERED, UP TO DATE ON SHOTS AND DEWORMINGS, MICROCHIPPED, AND HEARTWORM CHECKED. HIS ADOPTION FEE IS $150.

AFTER BEING CHECKED OUT BY OUR VET DURING A SCHEDULE TEETH CLEANING, SHE DETERMINED HE HAD A HEART MURMUR. WHILE HE WILL NOW BE ON MEDICATION FOR THE REMAINDER OF HIS LIFE, HE SEEMS VERY HAPPY AND LOVES TO GO OUT SIDE. HE WAS NOT ABLE TO GET HIS TEETH CLEANED DUE TO THIS BUT WE ARE HOPEFUL TO FIND A WONDERFUL AND LOVING HOME WHERE HE CAN LIVE THE REMAINDER OF HIS LIFE. WE WILL BE EXTREMELY SELECTIVE WHERE HE IS ADOPTED BASED ON HIS MEDICAL NEEDS.

WE ALSO REQUIRE PROPER VETERINARY CARE FOR ALL ANIMALS ADOPTED TO INCLUDE HEARTWORM MEDICATIONS, FLEA MEDICATIONS, AND YEARLY VACCINATIONS. PLEASE DO NOT CALL , PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO KIM FOR AN APPLICATION AT LOVEMELOVEMYDOGS2004@INDY.RR.COM

Adoption donation averages $200-300 for adults and pups older than 6 months (tiny puppies slightly more). This is due to the rising costs of veterinary care, gasoline prices, and boarding fees which are paid for out of our own pockets. As we are not funded by anyone - adoption donations help to offset only a part of our cost of getting the dog ready for adoption. All dogs > 6months are vetted, up to date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested, wormed and have a goody starter bag. Puppies < 6 months will have at least 2 puppy vaccinations, microchipped, wormed, and goody starter bag with an average fee of $200-250. If age appropriate, will potentially also be spayed/neutered and have rabies vaccination also with an average fee of $250-300.
