Jayla has been in foster care since September of 2004. She came to us very sick and very under weight. She weighed only 1.5#'s at 6 months old. She is very healthy now! This wonderful girl has been waiting for a family to call her own. Jayla can be nervous, as she had very little contact with humans before being rescued. She can be nervous of new people, but with patience and time she will warm up and be the love bug she is. She does just fine with other cats, and would be ok with a very submissive dog. Jayla wants nothing more than to be pet and loved, she loves the attention!! Her foster mom can pick her up and carry her around. Her biggest issue is trimming her claws, patience and time is a must. She is tired of living in the basement and wants nothing more than big windows so she can watch the birds. Please consider giving her a forever home.
