More About Miya

Arrived 5/7/07 - Sweet, gentle and extremely beautiful. Miya is looking for a new forever home.

Miya is such a sweet kitty. This little beauty somehow found herself at the animal control stray hold facility. Poor Miya. She was sooooooo stressed. Miya does not like canines. She was at a facility with many barking dogs. She was absolutely terrified.

Once Miya came to us, she almost immediately relaxed. Within just hours of arriving she was laying upside-down on her new cushy bed kneading the air and purring. She has really made herself at home here and is showing what a wonderful kitty she is.

Miya is an "easy keeper". She doesn't ask for much, doesn't have a naughty bone in her body and loves to receive love when it's offered. She's the purr-fect kitty.

Miya rears up to meet your hand when you pet her. She loves "lap lovey time" and rolls over for belly rubs. Purring all the while and looking at you with her sweet eyes. Miya is a gentle soul. Very easy to fall in love with.

Miya gets along very well with other kitties. She is very passive. She might let out a hiss here and there, but she would prefer to just be friends and play.

Miya LOVES the laser light. She must have played with one in the past. She immediately came over and started looking for the light when she heard the little chain. She loves any and all toys and is VERY playful. Miya is estimated to be 1-2 years old.

Miya looks a bit like a turkish angora and has soft silky fur. She's a long, lanky gal with a VERY long poofy tail.

Miya DOES NOT like to be picked up or carried. She will tolerate it, but does not enjoy it. She would probably do best in a home with children over the age of 5.

Miya is spayed, front declawed, tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV, is up to date on all vaccinations (including rabies) and has been treated for internal/external parasites. Miyas adoption fee is $80.

Please emal for an application today if you are interested in making Miya a part of your family.
