More About Logan
SCROLL DOWN to see a video of Logan!
Logan (est. birthdate 1/06) came to us a skinny stray dog who had been on the streets for too long. Today he's beefed up (the boy loves his food!) and has THE glossiest coat in the shelter. His personality has not changed--he’s loving, trusting and forever happy. Always up for a snuggle. Always ready for a treat. Always ready to play. Always ready to bring smiles to the volunteers who stop by his run for a quick hello. He's up for training classes, but then just as happy to get in the car and sleep on the way home. We’ve taught him the basics--sit and down. He’d be more than happy to work with you as you teach him other things.
HOME VISIT REPORT: Logan was such a well-behaved boy on a recent home visit with a volunteer. He had a great time galloping around the yard, watching the neighbor cows and sniffing everything. He mostly steered clear of the family cats, other than when one of them jumped out from under the bed and scratched his muzzle! He barked at them then (wouldn’t you?!), which was the only peep he made in the house on his entire visit. He didn't hesitate to jump up on the couch and snuggle contentedly into a blanket. He slept in a crate, didn't make a peep all night, and had no accidents in the house or crate. GOOD BOY!
