More About KITTY

2/14/07:KITTY AND HER SISTER SHELLY HAVE BEEN WITH US FOR A BIT. THEY ARE BOTH AMAZING DOGS, BUT WE ARE STILL WAITING ON THE PERFECT HOME FOR THEM. THEY ARE APPROXIMATELY 15 MONTHS OLD.

A BIT ABOUT KITTY'S ENDEARING PERSONALITY. SHE LOVES TO PLAY IN THE SNOW AND LOVES THE OUTDOORS. LIKE HER SISTER, IF SHE HAS A BONE SHE WILL LIE DOWN OUTSIDE FOREVER, HAPPY AS CAN BE!

SHE MINDS WELL AND SITS VERY QUICKLY ON COMMAND. SHE IS GREAT WITH KIDS OF ALL AGES AND DOGS AND CATS TOO AND HAVE SEEN THEM DO WELL TOO!

SHE IS A VERY AFFECTIONATE GIRL. SHE LOVES TO CUDDLE UP TO YOU.

SHE AND 3 OF HER SIBLINGS WERE BROUGHT TO THE HUMANE SOCIETY AND WERE IN DESPERATE NEED OF BEING RESCUED. TWO HAVE FOUND HOMES, NOW IT IS KITTY AND SHELLY'S TURN.

WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE PART GOLDEN RETRIEVER AND ASSUME ALSO LAB. THEY LOOK MORE LAB NOW THAN THEY DO GOLDEN AS THEIR COAT CHANGES AS THEY HAVE GROWN. br>
KITTY IS UP TO DATE ON ALL SHOTS, DEWORMED, SPAYED, HEARTWORM NEGATIVE, AND MICROCHIPPED.

WE ALSO REQUIRE PROPER VETERINARY CARE FOR ALL ANIMALS ADOPTED TO INCLUDE HEARTWORM MEDICATIONS, FLEA MEDICATIONS, AND YEARLY VACCINATIONS. PLEASE DO NOT CALL , PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO KIM FOR AN APPLICATION AT LOVEMELOVEMYDOGS2004@INDY.RR.COM

Adoption donation averages $150-250 for adults and pups older than 6 months. This is due to the rising costs of veterinary care, gasoline prices, and boarding fees which are paid for out of our own pockets. As we are not funded by anyone - adoption donations help to offset only a part of our cost of getting the dog ready for adoption. All dogs > 6months are vetted, up to date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested, wormed and have a goody starter bag. Puppies < 6 months will have at least 2 puppy vaccinations, microchipped, wormed, and goody starter bag with an average fee of $200-250. If age appropriate, will potentially also be spayed/neutered and have rabies vaccination also with an average fee of $150-250.

KITTY is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered.
