More About Anson

Anson, DOB-6/15/05 is a DMH with a very expressive face. He is the brother to cross-eyed 'Eenie'. Both are quite handsome! These little ones were born to a stray mother cat and were brought to Whiskerville on the way to the pound. They were, of course, frightened at first--but they are now very sweet and friendly . Please consider opening your home to Anson and/or any of the other wonderful cats we have at Whiskerville.

All interested adopters are asked to read, agree with, and meet our adoption requirements and then fill out our online adoption form Please do not e-mail us directly regarding an animal as these inquiries tend to slow down the adoption process.

All of our dogs are wormed, spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, heartworm tested, on heartworm prevention and have had all vaccinations. With their adoption we give an extra month of heartworm prevention, flea control, a 5# bag of Science Diet food, a Premier martingale-style collar, and half price obedience training (reinforced behavior) at The Pet Palace in Webster.

All of our cats are wormed, FeLV/FIV tested negative, have had all vaccinations, and are spayed/neutered* and micro-chipped. All of our kitties are administered Drontal and Revolution the day they leave for their new homes just in case there might be an ear mite egg, flea, or any type of intestinal parasite. Each cat leaves with a 4# bag of Science Diet food.

*Except in the case of very young kittens- Kittens adopted under 20 weeks of age must be spayed/neutered by the end of their 5th month at the pet owner's expense, and this can be done through us at a reduced cost. We do ask that a decision be made on declaw and both procedures done the same day.

Anson is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered.
