More About APRIL

Are you a Red Sox fan looking for the perfect companion to watch the games with you and your family? Well, meet APRIL! Totally adorable (with a tiny nub of a tail), five-years young, and 28-pounds, APRIL is oh so sweet, full of fun and pep, and is rarin' to find her truly forever home! In her former life, she was underloved, overfed and under-exercised, but since she absolutely loves to play, is a quick learner, and with a little less food and a lot more love and attention, APRIL could be the star of next year's bikini season! Her foster tells us APRIL is an active, motivated and totally great girl with an easy-going personality. She'll make someone a terrific walking partner, loves all kinds of toys, and is especially fond of car rides ~ hopping into the car even before the door is completely open. Although APRIL has spent the last three years in a home with little attention and no excitement, with the rest of her life ahead of her, we want to find her a family without children who will treat her as a true family member and provide her with a full life of great walks and fun, snuggles, and, oh yes, watching those ball games!! For an application for APRIL, please email us at: CanineGuardiansforLife@yahoo.com

NOTE: Although APRIL now has a great foster home in NH, we are having to pay huge kennel bills in WV for many of our other dogs. Please considering becoming a foster home, but If you can't adopt or foster, PLEASE consider helping APRIL and her friends through Petfinder's "Sponsor-a-Pet" Program. Just click the "Sponsor me" button above! Or, if it's easier, click the button below and donate through Paypal! We all thank you VERY, VERY much!!

If you can't adopt or foster one of our dogs right now, PLEASE consider making a donation to help us pay for increasing vet bills:
If you'd like to apply to adopt this special girl, please email us for an application at CanineGuardiansforLife@yahoo.com

APRIL is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered.
