More About Roxie

Roxie has been adopted!!~~~~~~~~Adopt-A-Buddy Pug Rescue was called by the local, overcrowded, kill shelter to get Roxie when her owners surrendered her to them. Roxie is a "puggle" - a puggle is a pug/beagle cross, one of the new "designer breeds" that we have all heard about in the news lately. She is a lovely, sweet girl. She is about 25 lbs and about 4+ years of age. Roxie's owner said she was relocating and her new landlord did not allow pets. Roxie is HOUSEBROKEN!!! If there are kids in the house we prefer them to be over 12 years of age. She is not good with cats and while she is okay with some larger dogs we feel that at this point she would be happiest as an only pet. We will give preference to families with fenced in yards so that Roxie can be free to run and play! She will bark so apartments where a neighbor might get annoyed is not a good idea. We got the following update from Roxie's foster Dad......."Roxie is doing great. No housebreaking incidents whatsoever. She loves toys. She follows me everywhere, and scratches on the door and whines whenever I go the bathroom or go downstairs to feed the cats. She's very eager to please and obedient. She comes promptly when called. She knows how to sit. She likes to play with humans just like dogs, running in circles around me, stopping for a couple seconds, then running around again. " If you are interested in adopting Roxie please e-mail KLKL@ix.netcom.com for an application. A completed application, vet and personal references, a home visit, adoption contract and adoption fee are part of the adoption process.----------------------Questions will NOT be answered until we have received and reviewed a completed Adoption Application.------------ ADOPTION FEE: $200.00.
Home without cats preferred

Roxie is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered.
