Maltese, Poodle [Mix]

Lucky Boy is a happy and lively 7 year-old Maltese/Poodle mix. He is about 13 1/2 pounds, very healthy and is up to date on all inoculations. His mom is in the hospital and will be unable to care for him when she returns, so he is now looking for a new home. Lucky Boy doesn't shed (poodle hair) but needs a haircut about every two months, is house trained and very quiet, i.e. he doesn't bark at people or raise any sort of ruckus. He does love to play at being aggressive as in growling at your feet if you "dance" and lunge with him. It's all just for fun and he will settle down in a heartbeat if told to "Stop". He loves everyone, including other dogs. We caught him playing with Charlie, the Beagle, and it was quite a site. Charlie can thank Lucky Boy for clean ears and teeth - it was pretty funny to watch! He even gets along with cats once he is introduced to them. In short he is an ideal friend for a family with children or just a couple who want a sweet, loving pet.
