Chihuahua

Little Alberta must have had a severe broken leg at one time that was never set and now she walks on three legs keeping her back broken leg tucked under. She gets along fine however. Alberta, named after the weekend Alberta Clipper snowstorm that she came in on, is a real little lap dog, 100% sweetness. Right now, she is a bit frightened of the other dogs with the exception of Dumpling the Chihuahua, our Rawhide foster dog. She is warming up fine, seems ok with cats. Alberta is over 10 years old so its been decided after our vet reviewed x-rays, to leave her alone and not amputate her leg, Alberta would be great in a home that finds someone home alot, no young children please. Alberta likes children but we think she is a little fragile to be the kids pet.
