More About Dog Application
Adoption Application:
Thank you for considering one of our homeless animals as your new best friend. Due to the volume of requests we receive, we now require an application be submitted and approved before we put you in touch with the foster family. This will actually speed up the process instead of delaying it. Once your application is approved, we will assist you in adopting a companion that will be the right match for your family.
On line rescue application. Please cut and paste these questions into a new e-mail and forward them to us at: midsouthpets@aol.com
If you can't cut and paste this application, you can email us with just the answers to the questions, or you can email us requesting an application be sent to you.
