More About Lynsey
HERE'S WHAT HER ADOPTER HAS TO SAY:
We adopted Lindsey last spring through your group. Just wanted to send some updated photos of her. The first is in "her" back yard and the second is Lindsey relaxing with her "friend"!
Lyndsey's Original Petfinder Listing
This beautiful girl with the stupendous smile is Lynsey. Her dear personality is one of complete, unmitigated, unabashed love. Her main objective, her one hobby, her mission in life is to give and receive love. In her career as a foster dog she has already demonstrated her affection for people and children, cats, dogs, horses, and even tiny kittens.
To be sure, if you are looking for a dog with any measure of aloofness or regard for personal space, Lynsey should not be your first choice. Her immense fondness for people, coupled with her wonderful and supple body, have created a Lynsey-Gumbie, and she can conform to any shape or size if it will maximize her ability to be petted or achieve personal contact.
Lynsey has received all her basic obedience training, and as one might well imagine, delighted in her opportunities to make more friends. She is beautifully house trained as well as crate-trained, and she is very intelligent. Her desire to please is so strong, and her personal joy in just "being Lynsey" is so profound, that she will leap into her personal arsenal of commands with dispatch and enthusiasm. Her "come" is filled with fervor, her "sit" is a hurtle into complete soldierly attention, and her "lie down" currently results in a wiggling, grinning mass of good will around your feet. Obviously, hopeless laughter will be another big dimension of any relationship with Lynsey.
Her resume also includes swimming (loves to swim), and her version of winter sports, which is playing with abandon in the snow.
Lynsey is healthy, spayed, and up to date in all her shots. At one year of age, she is just on the cusp of "puppy into adulthood", filled with that vulnerable and ineffably beautiful trust and earnestness of a dog who seeks her own home. She will fill that home with all her heart and soul, along with her impressive resume of seasonal sports.
Lindsey has been adopted, but if you are interested in finding a wonderful dog of your own, please visit our Web site at http://www.hedgesvillehounds.com.
Lynsey is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered.
