More About Mommy

Mommy, now Molly, has been adopted! Here's what her adopter says:
My friends who own dogs are amazed at how she follows commands the first or second time. She still needs a little work on sit and laydown. When you told me to point and tell her that her blanket was "Molly's place", I did it and she immediately perked up her ears like I had said something that she understood. She lives on that blanket, and with her chin plopped on the window sill, so she can watch what is going on outside. That window is like TV for her.

Here's Molly/Mommy's original Petfinder listing:
Mommy - Female Beagle/Corgi - spayed - 5/6 years of age - Butterscotch coat with white markings - full, plush coat (not smooth coated)

The most gentle and wonderful of dispositions blesses this dear dog. She is housetrained, quiet, and regards the world around her with good will.

Her brown eyes hold a look of trust and wistfulness, and deep calm love. Her ears are soft and long, and her white-tipped tail is held with dignity. Her chest and feet are white, and freckled.

Mommy walks beautifully on a lead, and has a calm and affectionate bearing. She loves to be cuddled and held, and is quite content to be present in the household, and longs for that presence to be bonded and permanent. Her Corgi side has given her a sense of stability and confidence that makes her what we call an "easy keeper."

We have found that Mommy has abundant courage, overflowing love and a dear benevolence, all of which she would shine on her adoptive humans.

Mommy is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered.
