This is a courtesy posting. Will is located in Greenville, South Carolina. He is in dire need of a placement with a Rescue Group until he can find his forever home or he can be adopted directly from the Animal Hospital where he is currently being held.
Will was hit by a car and taken to a local shelter where they could not afford to treat his injuries. Fortunately, a volunteer at The Animal Center found out about Will and made arrangements to get him to a Vet where all his needs are being met.
Will's eye is bruised. The extent of the injury is not fully known, though they feel it will resolve and be normal in due time. Will has a cut inside his mouth that will heal up nicely. Other than that, Will is in good condition.
Will is simply one of the friendliest and sweetest tempered kitties you'll ever meet. He loves to be loved! He's about 1 year old, neutered, was treated with Revolution and tested negative for Feline Leukemia and FIV.
Will needs some time to recover from his injuries, but will be ready to go to his forever home OR to a placement with a rescue group any time after November 13, 2009.
