More About Muffin

UPDATE 1/4/09: Precious and Muffin went to PetsMart for the first time this weekend. They are doing well and we now have them in a foster home to see if they are bonded to each other. Please stop by PetsMart to visit them each weekend during our adoption hours from 11am-5pm Sat and Sun and speak to our adoption coordinator, Robin, about our adoption process. UPDATE 12/1/09: Muffin is still waiting for her new home. Can you resist those gorgeous blue eyes? She is a very sweet and affectionate cat. Muffin will most likely be a little shy at first but as you can tell in the pictures of her on the kitty scratching furniture she will quickly make herself at home. She has been in a cage boarding at the vet office and really needs to find a home soon. Muffin is one of our rare Siamese mix kitties, so please e-mail us at spcagainesville@hotmail.com if you are interested in helping Muffin. POSTED 11/23/09: Muffin was originally found as a stray kitten when she was 3 months old. She is now 2 1/2 yrs old. Muffin is a gorgeous Siamese mix with snowshoe markings and dark blue eyes. Her owners moved to Kentucky a few weeks ago and could not take their animals. Muffin has been living with her kitty companion, Precious, and doggie companion, Scooter. Scooter has found a home but Muffin and Precious are still waiting. Muffin is a shy kitty but very sweet and loving. She is currently having to stay in a cage at our vet office because we do not have a home for her. We know someone is going to fall in love with her blue eyes and gentle personality...we just hope for Muffin's sake it is soon. Muffin would do fine with another kitty companion or as an only kitty as long as she had lots of owner companionship. She is used to being an inside only cat and liked to use her kitty scratching tree at her previous home. Please e-mail us at spcagainesville@hotmail.com for an adoption questionnaire if you can help Muffin or Precious. All of our rescues have been leukemia tested, vet checked, are current on vaccines and have been microchipped. They have also been spayed or neutered prior to adoption.

Muffin is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered.
