More About MINI AUSSIE Twix

This is Twix. She is 18.5" at the shoulders and 39lbs. She is house and crate trained and walks nicely on a leash. Twix came to us from a shelter where she tested positive for heartworms. She has now completed the last phase of her treatment and is ready to go to her new home. Twix is shy at first but craves attention from people and wants to be with you. A nice big backyard for her to run in is a must! While Twix enjoys the company of other dogs, it is people that she loves the very most! She would secretly love to be the only dog with all the attention.

Twix will chase anything that runs. She has that "everything's a squirrel" mentality, so a home with cats or farm animals would not be good for her. She does get along with the indoor, dog-savvy cat in her foster home, but will chase if given the opportunity. She is not aggressive, it's just the running that excites her. For this reason a home with children 15 and older would also be best.

This gorgeous girl would love to go where you go and do what you do. Twix now has a second chance at life and is waiting for her people to come take her to her forever home.

Twix is being fostered in Thonotosassa, FLORIDA (near Tampa). Her adoption donation is $250 plus the cost of transport, if necessary. If you are interested in Twix, please complete an Adopter Information Form from our website at www.miniaussierescue.org - we cannot start the process without that form. If you want, you can email the completed form to adopt@miniaussierescue.org. Please be sure and add us to your address book or check your spam folder for our response.

MINI AUSSIE Twix is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered.
