More About Quigley

This is Quigley, he's a nine month old sweet puppy, about 13 pounds now, but certainly has some growing left to do. We're guesstimating he'll top off around 18 pounds. Quigley is a special guy, he was born with Hypospadia which is a condition that affected his urinary tract and required a series of surgeries. He has made a full recovery and is like every other healthy Boston Terrier puppy except he now more closely resembles a lady in the lower region. You would never know unless you made a point to look. He doesn't require any special attention due to the alteration, as he's 100% healthy and doesn't seem to know anything went missing!

He's not unlike other puppies, he's happy, strong willed, silly, dominant, excitable and very sleepy all at once! He loves taking naps, especially if he gets to snuggle next to you. And when he wakes up, he can get going at 100 mph showering you with kisses all over your face and jumping around with excitement. He loves following you around the house, isn't much of a fetcher but plays with his toys on his own. He gets along well with his foster brother, another BT, but prefers spending time with you.

As he is a puppy he needs someone to continue his puppy education as he's still learning. Such as learning to lead on a leash, as he's a bit of a puller and doesn't walk in a very straight line as there's so much to look at and smell! He knows basic commands but needs to continue working on them to engrain these into him. He is basically house trained but mistakes still happen as he's still learning. He is a very obedient and well mannered pup and will make the right person a great companion as he's a loyal loving guy.

He's a real head turner as his charming face and personality make everyone he meets want to stop and pet him, which he dutifully allows and loves.
