Rottweiler [Mix]

Tessa is a stunning beauty who loves nothing more than to be with her family. She is made mostly of Rottweiler. The only thing that makes us think she is a mix is her size - she is somewhat smaller than we expect Rottweilers to be at her age. It could be that she is younger than we think and has not filled out yet, and is indeed a purebred. We aren't exactly sure. We think she is just under a year old, weighs about 60 pounds and she has the fun-loving personality of a puppy! For being so young, she is very well mannered, house-broken, crate-trained, and she is super affectionate, lavishly giving kisses and cuddles. She was found as a stray and rescued from the city shelter. Tessa is doing extremely well in her foster setting, where she has shown she loves other dogs and all sorts of people. She has met no strangers, as she instantly bonds with all she meets. She is crate-trained, house trained, fully vaccinated, heartworm negative and on prevention, and she is even micro-chipped too! She loves to be right next to her family, lying at their feet, playing fetch, playing tug, or chewing on her toys. She has been very gentle with the toddler in her foster home. However, due to her size and youth her best placement would be in a home where any children are old enough to handle a joyful, young large breed dog. Tessa is a very loving and loyal companion, and she is ready to find her forever home. Could that home be yours?
