More About Mr. Magoo
Mr. Magoo is a juvenile emu. He was kept as a pet, but he was not fed a diet appropriate to an emu. When Mr. Magoo was surrendered to the rescue, he was suffering from nutritional deficiencies and was very thin. He also is unsteady and has trouble standing and walking, which possibly means he has neurological problems. Because of Mr. Magoo's medical problems, he will be a permanent resident of the rescue.
