More About Ross -Pending!

Adoption Pending!!

Ross is a large, grey cat with beautiful tiger markings. He was adopted from Stray Cat Blues as a kitten in 2006. His family suffered financial hardship last year and faced possible foreclosure, so they felt it would be best for Ross to return to SCB.

Ross enjoys all the usual cat pastimes. He races through the house after unseen prey, bats around the toy mice, and works out at the scratching post. He likes lazing on the window sill or on top of the bedroom dresser. He’s crazy about catnip, crinkly bags, and rubber bands. Keep him away from the rubber bands—which would be dangerous if swallowed.

Ross likes to finish his day sprawled on your chest while you’re watching TV in the evening. He gets along fine with other cats although it takes him a while to let down his guard around them. Ross did not like the dogs in his former home.

You should expect him to hide for the first three or four days in his new home. Then he will come out and act like nothing was wrong all along. Ross is neutered, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and up-to-date with shots. He is approximately 3 years old.
