Be sure to see Jack's video.Although Jack is somewhat tattered looking, we know there is someone out there who has been wanting to adopt a special needs cat. After being rescued by a Good Samaritan, Jack came to our shelter with a badly damaged eye that could not be saved. He has recovered from the surgery and is ready to be adopted. It appears that he was on his own for some time, as his coat is a bit scraggly looking right now. He loves being brushed, and with each session, his coat gets better looking. He must have been someone's pet, because he is very sweet and affectionate, and never, never uses his claws. Jack is very solid and quite heavy for his size (but not fat). You would not have to pick him up, as he would jump willingly into your lap. Could you give this nice boy a place in your home and heart?
