More About Lancelot

Lancelot is a Ragdoll mixed. He is 2 to 3 years old and weighs 15 lbs. He has a beautiful long hair coat and the most gorgeous and intense blue-green eyes. He was abandoned when his family moved away and has survived thanks to kind neighbors who fed him, but this sweet boy wants to be inside and have a family. The lady who brought him to me said of Lancelot: “he started coming to my door to eat when the kittens would finish. He is reserved in that he only eats after the kittens are finished. Today at the clinic when the vet drew blood and gave him the worming medication he continued to kneed the entire time. He never demonstrated any aggression toward any animal on the street, although the ones that live here were not very kind to him.” Lancelot is now in Cats’Angels care, he craves human affection, he is absolutely delighted to get some attention, he pushes lightly against me for petting and hugs. He is a wonderful cat, and perfectly litter box trained. Lancelot's life on the street left him positive for feline aids, but fortunately he is negative for feline leukemia. A cat with FIV can live 13-15 years and more without any symptoms and have a perfectly normal life, but will eventually die of the disease. Lancelot will give a lot of joy for many years to come to the person willing to open her heart to him. If you would like to adopt Lancelot, please contact Brenda at 832-1006 or e-mail brendaestell@gmail.com for an application form. You can meet this cat on Sunday from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Petco Great Hills.

Lancelot is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered.
