More About Rita
(11/28/09) Rita remains reserved & introverted ... as would be expected of a Shiba. She just cannot understand what she did wrong. Her daily delights are her peanut butter bones, her strolls in the yard, and her one-on-one time with the staff. Altho she would make a great compaion for another dog, we think Rita would be also make a wonderful 'only' child.
(10/09/09) Rita has the personality of a Shiba .... she is charming, lively, & bold ... confident, fearless and courageous. These days, however, Rita is not feeling too confident. She is confused as to why she was surrendered. We have assessed Rita and found her to be quite the young lady.
Rita will need a quiet, stable home .... a family who understands that some dogs require their own space & quiet time ... a home where the family members will show respect for this need.
There is an adoption fee for this pet which includes: Altering (spay/neuter), vaccines, heartworm/tick test, microchip. For more information on this subject, please see our Petfinder Home Page.
