Story:

Casper was a very tiny puppy been dumped at a high school campus in a garbage bin. Two students heard puppy whining when they went to throw garbage and found a very small tiger brindle colored puppy lying in a dirty garbage bin under some left over dish. The girls picked him up and washed him a couple of times because he was so greasy and smelly.

One of the girls took Casper home but her parents refused to have a puppy and would not let Casper in the house. The other girl also tried to take Casper home and her parents said they didn’t want an ugly no breed pet. So Casper was out of the house again.

At last the girls put Casper in a bag and walked along the street asking people walked by if they would like to have this puppy but no luck. One pedestrian told them to try the vet clinic down the road. At the vet Casper went through a thorough health tests and was neutered and vaccinated. Casper is now a healthy happy furry baby.

Casper loves to play with all dogs. He is also very interested in cats. Casper is now staying at Dr. Lin’s vet clinic and lives with 46 rescued dogs. He is our energizer because he made us laugh so much. Casper is full of energy and very playful. He looks so cute because he might have mixed with Dachshund. Casper has very short legs and big tummy; he just looks so funny to us.
