More About Domingo
THIS DOG WILL NOT ATTEND SUNDAY ADOPTION FAIRS. SHOWN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY TO QUALIFIED APPLICANTS.
Domingo is an 8 lb. Chihuahua who had a rough start but is now ready to find a loving home. From the way Domingo reacts to certain noises and movements we are sure he was abused, so it takes this little guy some time to warm up to people and trust them. Once he feels safe though, he’ll be your best friend and protector. DoDo loves lying in the sun, giving kisses, snuggling on the couch, and going for walks. As well as being house trained, Domingo has been through obedience training and loves to practice his skills. Domingo must go to an ADULT ONLY HOME and he would probably be happy either with another small dog or as your one and only. He has met cats but didn’t seem interested so we think he would be ok with a cat sibling. Domingo occasionally suffers from seizures and takes a low dose of Phenobarbital to help control them. Don’t worry though they don’t slow him down a bit and it’s not expensive to treat at all, a $15 dollar prescription lasts about 2 months at his current dosage. He is your typical Chihuahua – little dog who has a big dog attitude! Domingo is a very special little boy who deserves a very special home. To know him is to definitely love him! - We will not consider placing this dog in a home with children and we will only place this dog with someone who has experience with dogs.
Domingo is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered.
