Story:

Cola was a stray dog wondering around on a fairly busy street with a group of dogs. Vet assistant Leei wanted to bring them one by one to the vet clinic and neuter/spay them so the stray dog population will not multiply in a short time. Capture, Neuter/Spay, and release is the thing Leei could do the most. People around that area are not friendly to stray animals at all. Leei often found the dogs she was feeding been burnt with hot oil or boiled water. These stray dogs are not close to anyone so Leei has spent a couple of months to get trust from them. Cola was the first one Leei brought in for neuter operation.

After the operation Leei brought Cola home to wait for his wound to recover. 7 days later Cola was about to be released back to the same spot because Leei is fostering 6 rescued dogs in her apartment and are not able to keep anymore even though Cola is becoming so friendly and is already used to be kept as a house pet. Yet after thorough consideration, Leei decided to keep Cola because she couldn’t see Cola go back to the same place and risk his life everyday on a busy street.

Dr. Lin has done a complete health check on Cola and found he was suffering from ehrlichiosis but after 4 week treatment, Cola now has made a full recovery and is a very healthy boy. (Please refer to Cola’s PCR test report)

Cola has a great temperament and enjoys being with people. He gets along well with all dogs and is very gentle with cats. Leei is also fostering 16 cats and kittens and Cola loves to go into the cats’ room and stays there watch them play. Cola is a very steady boy and he hardly barks. He is fully house broken and walks on leash very well.

Great dog like Cola should be a house pet and Leei doesn’t want to put him back on the street. Cola should be loved and pampered by his human mom and dad. This loyal boy is waiting for you to take him home. You will be amazed by how much love and trust Cola will give you in return. Please email us your adoption application together with some pictures of inside and outside of your house including living room, kitchen, where Cola will be playing and sleeping, backyard, and your current pets if any for us to view. Thank you very much for considering give Cola a loving forever home.
