English Cocker Spaniel

Murphy is a 3 year old blue roan English Cocker that weighs 31 pounds. He is neutered, vaccinated and current on his heartworm preventative. He loves little children, other dogs and cats. Murphy needs a fenced in yard to run in every afternoon but he is an indoor dog only. He loves to carry his toys around in his mouth, play in the kiddie pool and snuggle. Murphy is cratetrained and housetrained. This gentleman has impeccable manners in the house and is extremely gentle and docile. UPDATE: Adoption of Murphy will be restricted to the local area only. However, if you have previously adopted from a rescue that has conducted a home and vet check then we can arrange for him to fly out of this area or state provided that we can obtain your information from the other rescue. Since we are a very small organization we do not have the manpower or resources for out of state adoptions.





All of LCR's animals are housed in foster homes. Having the pet in a home setting allows us to best place the animal since we are aware of all their quirks and issues the pet may have. All LCR animals are fully vetted prior to adoption unless arrangements have been made. Trial adoptions are available to anyone living in the Coastal Bend area.
