More About Chopper

Hey guys? how's it going? wanna play fetch? wanna play? wanna play?

My name is Chopper. I am a 4 year old, 15 lb, neutered Boston Terrier. I was surrendered to rescue because I have a lot of energy and without proper exercise I developed some bad manners. I barked a lot, obsessed over people and toys and was not really friendly with other dogs.

I went to a foster home in Alberta and with patience and LOTs of exercise I began to learn some new manners. I even chum around with my new doggie friends now. Though I still think I need a home where I am the only dog. I am house broken, crate trained and fully vetted.

When I went to the vet to be checked I had this lump on my back leg. They had to poke it and I had to have surgery. I heard them say it was a tumour but it was a very low grade tumour and they removed it. My foster mom said I was very lucky.

My foster family said they really like me and want to find me a home that will offer me lots of exercise and structure. They said because of my high energy and resulting challenges I would need a family with lots of dog experience and maybe even some Boston know how. They said I can be a very great dog for the right family.

I am hoping for a forever family one day. One where I can play... wanna play? wanna play?
