Arrival Story: Cousteau was saved after being born in an area where it was not safe for cats to live.

Age:6 months

Personality: Cousteau likes to imagine that he’s a majestic sleek black panther. If he were a bit bigger, he’d easily pass for just that. He’s an intelligent, elegant, and inquisitive young man that likes to explore, play, and experience the wonderful world around him. He very much enjoys the interaction with the other kitties in his foster home and judging by his adaptable personality, he’d likely do well with doggies too. Toys, tasty treats. and a good game of chase with the other kitties are all at the top of his “favorites” list. Cousteau will “talk” to his people some which adds to his darling character.

Unique Quality: His intelligence. You can just see his wheels turning and he figures things out easily.

Ideal Forever Home: He is adaptable and would likely fit into many situations. Although it's not a requirement, he would absolutely LOVE another kitty to play with.

Medical History: Cousteau is already neutered, UTD on rabies and distemper vaccines, dewormed, negative fecal, negative for FIV and feline leukemia. He is microchipped.

Our adoption fees are:
- Kittens: $75 each or $125 for two
- Adult cats: $50 each or $90 for two
- Senior cats: $45
- Exotic breeds: $125
We can bring the cat to you, or you can see some of our cats on certain Saturdays at Pet Food & More, located at 3050 Union Lake Rd. in Commerce Twp., MI, from 12:30-4. It is best to apply for the cat in advance to make the process go quicker.
