More About Lucky
One sunny day, all was going well...until a woman told us she wanted to euthanize her dog. The dog she wanted to put down was the dog she has had all his life. His name is Lucky. He is a 10 year old Maltese. We couldn't let her put him down just because she didn't want him anymore, so we came to his rescue.
She claimed that Lucky 'poops and pees everywhere'. That is not true. Lucky keeps a very clean cage, and does his business right outside just fine.
Lucky is just the sweetest little thing. He is very quiet, enjoys sleeping, and is still adjusting to his new environment.
Lucky needs to be in a home to retire in, not in a cage with his noisy canine neighbors. He's so quiet, that sometimes we forget he is there.
He is up to date with his shots. He cannot be neutered because of his age.
If you are the one to give Lucky a forever home unlike his heartless owner, please do fill out an application on him now!
Or maybe foster Lucky until we can place him in a forever home?
