More About Torri
Torri is a little gem of a calico. She was found as a near starved stray in Quakertown. She was in heat, had a bad case of ear mites and a deep, ulcerated wound on her foreleg. Torri tested positive for FIV, which means she should be an only cat (or live with another FIV+ cat)*.
Torri is outgoing and sweet-tempered. She behaves as though the world is a friendly place despite her past hardships and still trusts easily. She loves pets and pushes her head into your hand to get your attention so you’ll pick her up and let her know how she is very special.
Torri tested negative for FeLV and has received her distemper and rabies vaccinations. Her estimated date of birth is January, 2009.
*Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) can suppress a cat’s immune system, but many cats live long and health lives with FIV. Humans and other animals can not catch or transmit the virus.
