Sage is a beautiful cat who arrived from a Madras rescue group with 3 kittens. She went into foster until her kittens were ready for homes. She was, according to her foster mom, an excellent mom to her babies. Unfortunately, she's had some brushes with humans before that weren't positive and she has real trust issues. She doesn't seem to know what to expect. But once you hold her and stroke her and talk softly to her, she loves the attention and the loving. But she seems to forget it right away when it stops. This girl wants positive attention but doesn't know how to get it. The shelter situation really scares her also.
Four-year old Sage needs a "Cat Whisperer" type with time and patience to show her humans can love her and be kind to her. She should probably be an only pet in a home where she can get lots of positive attention. Are you a cat savy feline lover with room in your home and heart for Sage?
