Otis was adopted with his sister as a puppy. The family also had two smaller dogs. After about 8 months Otis decided he wanted to be the king of the house so he was returned to the shelter. Otis is very friendly to people and most other dogs. In fact he seems to be fitting in and playing with the other dog friendly dogs at the shelter. He also knows sit and come. Otis has very long legs and tail with a walker hound body.
