More About Sasha

Boxer/Pointer Mix

This is a courtesy listing.  Here is what Sasha's mom has to say about her:

Sasha is a 1 year old boxer mix. When we got Sasha they said she may be mixed with Great Dane because she was so large, but the vet thinks more coon hound.  Don't let the hound part scare you she does not bark.  She can she just doesn't very often.

She just had her one year physical so she is up to date with all of her shots, tested negative for heart worm, and has been taking heart worm preventative along with Advantix for fleas and ticks.  She was spayed when we got her, and you can tell because where the incision was is a blue line, which I was told is a tattoo, so you know it was done.  She is a tall dog, but not really big; she only weighs 62 pounds.

She is a very loving dog.  She loves to hug and cuddle and run around.  She is great with people and she has been around a toddler so she is use to kids, and has never barked, growled or even snapped at her; and, trust me, our granddaughter has poked, jumped and pulled every part of Sasha!

She is not an aggressive dog.   She needs a family (or even one person) that she can spill her love all over because trust me when I say she is a lover.  She has not been around a lot of dogs so if it is a family with another dog it may take her a little time to warm up to another dog.  She is not aggressive at all so when I say warm up to another dog I mean she might be a bit afraid or submissive.  She is, however, fine with cats.

She loves her crate, and she has several blankets; so if possible we would like her to have them.

We really love her and if we could change our circumstances we would not be letting her go.  She is a great friend to any family, couple of just one person.
If you are interested in adopting Sasha, please call Sue @ 963-0816.  Leave a message and your call will be returned the same day.

Sasha is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered.
