More About Coco

CoCo - Terrier mix - 2yrs - 35 lbs.

Coco is a very uniquely marked dog, her brindle is more like that of a tiger than the brindle you would normally see. Coco is very energetic and insists on being the boss most of the time, so a submissive male dog would probably work best for her or as an only dog. She appears to be house-trained and we are working on her crate-training. She walks fairly well on a leash, but is very strong so a firm grip is needed. She has not bothered any of the cats in her foster home, but is curious about them. Coco loves the water and will play in the sprinkler all day if you would let her. She also likes a good game of fetch, but when she gets bored with that game, she wants to turn it into tug of war. Coco is a very loving dog and hungry for all the attention anyone is willing to give her. She is a bit of a jumper and counter surfer (curiosity mainly), but is learning the command "off". She wants to please and needs a bit more training to really make her the wonderful companion she is capable of becoming. She is very high energy and will need an active person and/or family.
