More About Kenny - URGENT
Kenny is a very sweet Jindo who is in dire need of a foster home or adopter to keep him out of a shelter. Treasured k9s is FULL and we don't have a foster home for this boy. Kenny is a 3.5 Yr old Korean Jindo who was rescued from a NYC shelter when he was just 7 months old. Now his owner lost his job and his NYC apartment. I spoke to Kenny's owner and he is absolutely heartbroken that he has no alternative but to give up his rescued dogs. The ASPCA took in one of his dogs but refused Kenny. The owner has been searching for a shelter or rescue to take Kenny with no luck. He was turned down by both the ASPCA and North Shore Animal League because Kenny was too old or too big! Kenny's only 3.5 years old and he's a great dog! Good with other dogs, kids, people and cats! Kenny should be easy to place into a home. If you can help foster Kenny so his owner can avoid turning him into a KILL shelter as the last resort, please contact Treasured k9s IMMEDIATELY.
As with any Jindo, Kenny will need a clear pack leader. Knowledge of the Nothing in Life is Free theory and/or Cesar Millan’s methods are essential for a successful adoption. Experience with Akitas, Shiba Inus, Sharpei, Chows, Siberian Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Samoyeds, American Eskimos and a similar Spitz breed is preferred.
Kenny - URGENT is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered.
