Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler, Border Collie [Mix]

Arla has found her own loving home. Congratulations Arla!

Arla is a very sweet short-coated Cattle Dog/ Border Collie mix. She has a very relaxed temperment around the house. She is only 8 months old and weighs 35 lbs. Arla gets along well with other dogs and cats. Arla is very friendly and likes to meet new humans and dogs. When her foster mom took her to the local dog park, Arla went up to every person to get a nice pat on the head. She just wants to be loved.
She enjoys cuddling with her humans and gives gentle kisses to everyone. She is great around young children. She has a very sweet disposition, and is the perfect size dog! Arla seems to love the water, watch her video! Arla has learned to swim in a big pool as well. Arla also enjoys playing fetch.
Arla's face lights up and she wags her tail when her leash is taken out. She enjoys going for walks around the neighborhood and the park. She walks nicely on the leash. Arla has a lot of love to give and would make a great addition to an active family. She is one very special girl! Her pictures do not do her justice at all. You can watch another video of Arla here. We rescued Arla from a high kill shelter a half hour before she was going to be euthanized due to overcrowding at the shelter. Arla is housebroken, spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations.
