Hi, My name is Buddy, but I would rather be your friend. I am a very special needs little guy. When I first meet people I am very worried about how to behave. Where I was before, there were many people that were not very nice to me. I would rather not say what they did, but because of this bad treatment I had to leave that place. I was found limping on the side of the road by Four Paws Rescue. I was turned over to Animal Control, with Four Paws putting a finder's hold on me just in case no one came for me. Well sure enough no one came. So I went to a nice foster home. Now I know it is nice but at first I figured they would be like that other place and I wasn't very nice. My foster parents didn't get mad at me or upset, they just kept on reassuring me that everything would be okay. Well, after a while I stopped misbehaving, but I still have a hard time trusting new people. My foster mom says I can be a very good boy, but people have to give me a chance. I do want to be that great little guy, won't you give me a chance to love and trust you? I promise to become your forever friend.
