Calico, Domestic Short Hair - orange and white [Mix]

(Update 8/20/09 Hyde Park foster home). Elsie and Buterscotch are still waiting to meet their new family. They are about 10 and 11 months old now and sweeter and more bonded than ever. [5/10/09] Elsie, an adorable, colorful calico, rescued kitten, is about 8 months old and looking for her forever home with her best friend Butterscotch. She was living under a building with her mama and siblings in a hole they dug to try and survive the bad winter weather. Since her successful rescue she is now a healthy, happy house cat. Elsie is a shy little girl but she takes charge of the play sessions with Butterscotch. She also enjoys being patted and brushed. Butterscotch is about 7 months old, loving and affectionate with soulful eyes that will just melt your heart. He was found wandering around outside by himself, and was most likely an abandoned pet. Since being brought safely inside to a warm bed and good food he has been showing his appreciation by constantly purring. Butterscotch loves everyone and is a great 'cuddler' and lap sitter. Both kittens have been spayed/neutered, are up to date on all vaccinations and have tested negative for FIV and FeLV. All adoptions involve filling out a profile, reference checks, and an adoption fee of $125 per cat to help with the vet costs and to continue rescue efforts in the Boston area.
