I'm an adventurous cat, but I'll still make plenty of time to show you my affectionate side. I'm the demonstrative type, you might say. Want a cat who's brimming with confidence? That's me!

Boris is a special case. He is absolutely gorgeous with his long fur and Himalayan coloring. He is really friendly and loves people. Because of his long coat, when just sitting there looking at you with those big blue eyes, all that fur doesn’t reveal that Boris is missing his tail and one rear leg. It is just a guess, but must have been some time ago, since he is very well adjusted to three legs, and gets around just fine. Boris would be perfect with an older person who doesn’t want to have a cat supersonically racing around the house. He loves to be held and petted. This beautiful blue-eyed boy has bushels of love to give. Someone must have loved him very much to fix him up and take care of him, so we are sure that he will bring lots of love anyone to adopts him.
Update: This very special cat had been adopted; however, the household had a resident dog and Boris was not comfortable in this environment. It was determined that it would be best for him to return to CAT where he could find a home that did not have a dog as part of the family.
Boris has such a big heart and all he wants is an owner he can love. He's certain to thrive in a place that is not too chaotic since he's a mellow kind of guy. And he does need someone that sees his beautiful personality and will help him to feel safe with the world. This exquisite 'puff ball' of a cat doesn't understand why he is back at the shelter and while I was 'interviewing' him to update his information on Petfinder, he crawled into my arms to be hugged and loved. That is when I knew that the person to adopt him would be one very very lucky person. Come by the and meet him today.
