Patch just came to us from a shelter in LA. I fell in love with his face. Patch is a 6 yr old Am Staff that is very loving. He's gone through some basic obedience training. He came to the shelter very thin, tick infested and very dirty. The staff members fell in love with his temperment. Very mellow and loving. As you can see by his picture, he's in very good health now and doing great!
I brought Patch to my ranch and he was GREAT! He played with my other dogs, didn't care about my piggy or my horse. He wasn't sure what they were but no aggression at all. HOWEVER, NO CATS!!!! He definately zones in on cats. Not sure if he would kill them or just wanted to play with them. Wasn't going to put my cats in that situation.
Patch will be a great family member. I wish he could of stayed with us. He's so loving, and wants the attention. I think he'd love another friend to play with or be the only dog. Patch is doing great with crate training also. If you have room in your heart for another family member then PATCH is your man :)
