Domestic Short Hair

I am a feral kitten. My mom taught me to fear you even if you never did anything to me. I am not mean, I am frightened, but I will protect myself if cornered.

I am hungry. My mom doesn't provide for me anymore so now I rely on handouts and check the dumpster every day for a meal.

I am cold. I don't have a home and so I seek refuge from the elements where I can find it. Sometimes that's under a trailer, sometimes in a dumpster, sometimes under a deck or shed. I must find a place to get out of the wind and snow and freezing temperatures or I will die.

My colony is being TNR'd and soon I will be unable to reproduce. With proper nutrition and people to watch over me I can live a healthy life in my outdoor home.

TNR stops the cycle of more kittens being born to fend for themselves. The Hundred Cat Foundation helps individuals with TNR and we also offer insulated shelters for the cats.
