Labrador Retriever

This is Cassidy. He's about 4 months old was rescued by a duck hunter who found him wandering in the woods after probably being dumped off. He is friendly, gentle, sweet, playful, and very curious about everything. Cassidy is currently being fostered in a home with two large Labs and they all get along great. Cassidy is crate trained and his foster is working on the housetraining. This little pup longs to be someone's very own special somebody. don't we all? He will grow to be a strong sturdy dog and will do best in a home where he will be exercised regularly and have some routine and consistency. Labs and goldens are social dogs and they thrive in the company of other beings be it human or canine. It will also serve this pup well to go to obedience class and learn basic obedience and manners. Obedience classes are also a great way to bond with your new dog and to learn more about one another. We hope during these trouble times people will find it in their hearts to know that there are also thousands of dogs affected by hardhsip and suffer the consequences in kill shelters.
