AARF only adopts in the Richmond, Virginia and surrounding area.. Hey, Toby here! I'm a fun loving affectionate kind of guy. I just love people. The four leggers are iffy. Some I like and some I don't. But hey, if I'm the only pet in the family, I would LOVE it. You could play frisbee with me and play fetch with me and run with me and hug me and, well, you get the point. Yep, anything with me would be tons of fun. I am a happy-go-lucky, good natured boy. I'm also a semi-large lap dog. So if you don't mind a dog who likes to hang out with you (or sometimes on you), come meet me.
