---------------Adoption Pending---------------- This very handsome boy is our one and only Pablo. Pablo is truly just one big marshmellow of a dog. He is one of the softest, most snuggly, loving of dogs we've ever met. While he's not a pushy, demanding dog and not what we call a velcro dog he is in absolute heaven if you cuddle with him and love him up. He will give you his paw frequently to let you know he's interested in some snuggle time and to make sure you don't forgot he's there, but that's as pushy as he gets. And if you don't want to snuggle he's fine with holding hands. He actually seems to think holding hands is a pretty big deal :)

Pablo is an energetic, playful dog that likes to play fetch, loves to go running, hiking, camping or do anything really if it includes people, but he's not a wild, hyper dog at all. He also loves to chill and relax and can be quite lazy too if he's got someone to hangout on the couch with. He loves to take naps with his people since that's the ultimate cuddle time.

Pablo lives now with a female dog and cats and would be very happy for a playful female doggie companion in his new home. He would do well as a family dog too as he's plenty stable and gentle enough for children.

Pablo had a very rough start in life though and his early abuse did leave a few physical scars as well as some emotional ones. He also took loosing him home very badly though it was actually his lucky break. Because his early days didn't start out so well and he was abandoned at such an early age and most importantly because he is such a soft dog, he's become slightly anxious about being left alone. Some dogs get what is called seperation anxiety once they've lost their families so they can be scared all the time when you leave them that they may not see you again. Luckily for Pablo his wonderful foster family loves him enough to have hired a great trainer to work with him and he's making huge progress at overcoming his worries. He is more than ready for a family of his own and a real forever home this time, but his family will need to understand the trouble he's had and be patient with him and willing to continue to help him feel safe and secure.

If you can give our big softie the home he so desperately wants and deserves please don't wait to apply.
