Terrier [Mix]

Kenzie is a cute-as-can-be, 2-year-old Terrier Mix. She came to the Animal Advocacy Foundation from a shelter in California where she was abandoned with her two newborn puppies. Despite being scared and alone, Kenzie took wonderful care of her babies. When the pups were about 3 weeks old, arrangements were made to move Kenzie and her babies from the shelter in Los Angeles to our foster home program in Salt Lake City. Kenzie was a great mom, but now that her pups are grown, she is very ready to find a home of her own! Kenzie is a very friendly and active little dog with all the intelligence and curiosity typical for the Terrier breed. She gets along great with other dogs and seems fine with cats. Kenzie loves to play and is particularly fond of anything that rattles, crinkles, or squeaks! Because of her energy and intelligence, Kenzie would be happiest in a home where she got regular walks and lots of playtime with her family.
