More About Pierre

Pierre was returned to CRU because the family had a new baby. He came back to us with diabetes but it is surmised that it was possibly induced by very poor care and other resultant complicating health issues. Pierre responded very well to excellent vet treatment and has been off insulin for over 6 months and on regular food for at least 4 months. His blood curves are well in the ballpark the vet wants. He is considered to be in remission. He is healthy, active/interactive and playful and is a beautiful cat ready for a forever home. For his sake and as a precaution, he should be monitored with blood tests as recommended by the vet.

For more information about Pierre or to arrange to meet him contact Marsha at mdefine@comcast.net or call the shelter at 410-956-3942

Stop by the Annapolis Petsmart every Saturday between 11:30 - 3 pm to see our cats that need loving homes. Not all of our cats attend every adoption show so please send an email before you come to meet a particular cat so we can make appropriate arrangements.

ABOUT OUR SHELTER

Cats R Us is a not for profit, 501(c)(3) feral cat rescue group that operates two small shelters and a foster home program in the Annapolis, Maryland area. Our main focus is TNR (Trap, Neuter and Return). We are a NO KILL facility and our cats will stay with us as long as it takes for them to find their forever home. Our adoption fee is $110.00. Pierre is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered.
