My photographer buddy says Nikki is a "furry ball of love". I have to agree. This five-year old black and white beauty lived in a family whose owners took her to a shelter because they finally decided their allergies were due to her fur. From that shelter, she came to CAT. This sweet girl is a talker with a very nice purr who gives head butts when you pet her to let you know how happy she is to receive the attention and affection. You'll notice her when you come upstairs in the shelter because she will call to you as soon as she lays eyes on you. It might be "pickmepickmepickme" or it could be "takemehometakemehometakemehome". Whatever, the message is pretty clear. She wants to come live at your house. Otherwise, how can she possibly help you get your life on the right track. You need her help and she's happy to provide it. This girl is a helper cat, but how can she help you if she stays in the shelter? If you take Nikki home, she'll be a 100% paws-on participant in your household. And you might be surprised how quickly you'll discover how important a member of your family she's become.
Shes a playful girl who likes toy mice and a feather wand (or, even better, do you have one of those magical laser lights?). Yes, she likes toys, but she'll like you most of all! Come see for yourself.
Nikki is waiting to meet you at the Hillsboro Petsmart store. Adoption hours are Saturdays and Sundays from 12-4 or by appointment. Come meet all the wonderful adoptable cats and kittens from Cat Adoption Team!
